Cooper's View boasts breathtaking views of mountain ranges and the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort! You will not find a better view / location than this one. Located in a gated subdivision which has direct and private ski-in / ski-out access. The ski run that the unit resides on is Oma's Meadow. The community provides an indoor pool, hot tub, locker rooms, outdoor pickleball court, and a fitness area! Need somewhere to host a meeting? They have rooms for that too!

The space

Don't feel like getting out? Enjoy the ultimate experience of this luxurious condo! This unit is nothing like the others. Be prepared to be pampered by the luxury finishes and overall feeling of this place! When looking through the pictures, you may be thinking to yourself.. where's the kitchen? The refrigerator, dish washer, and even the ice maker are all built into the cabinets. What about the TV? It comes out of the cabinet next to the fireplace with a touch of a button so that it's never in your way and you can enjoy the view from every window! As I said before, this is no ordinary unit. Every modern convenience that your heart could desire was thought of when remodeling this unit! This could be your own taste of gold! Enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning or even a glass of wine in the evening! This space really has so much to offer!

Guest access

The unit is yours and only yours! Enjoy it to the best of your ability! You will be provided with a key card to access the pool, hot tub, and fitness areas! The ski-in / ski-out access is for everyone in the gated subdivision.

Other things to note

The fireplace is beautiful and really adds to the atmosphere. However, the fireplace isn't able to be used due to high winds. But don't fret! The unit has plenty of heat to keep you warm that you will actually believe that it's still running!

There are EV chargers in the neighborhood outside of the clubhouse. However, there are none directly outside of the units building.

4x4 vehicles aren't needed in the warmer months but is required during the snow season! The community plows the roads regularly when needed!
